AMD Ryzen 7 7745HX Processor Benchmarks and Specs
AMD Ryzen 7 7745HX is a fast high-end laptop computer processor from the Dragon Vary sequence. It is primarily based on the Zen 4 architecture offering eight cores that support hyperthreading (16 threads). Core clocks from 3.6 (base) to as much as 5.1 GHz (single core boost).

The performance of the R7 7745HX should be barely more significant than the old high mannequin Ryzen 9 6980HX (8 Zen 3 cores like 4.9 GHz) due to the improved framework and barely larger clock speeds.
Yet the Dragon Vary sequence uses a chiplet design with two CCD-clusters (each with eight possible cores, the 7745HX uses only one CCD) in 5nm and an IO-die (together with the Reminiscence controller and Radeon 610M iGPU) in 6nm.
The chip integrates 4x USB 3.2 Gen2 (10 Gbps) ports (no USB4), 28 PCIe 5.0 lanes (for GPU and SSD), and a dual-channel DDR5-5200 reminiscence controller. The R7 7745HX is rated at a TDP of 55 watts and will be configured as 75 watts (cTDP).
